Meet Emma...


I have worked in HR for over 25 years and whilst my early career was as an HR generalist, I soon developed a passion for Employee Relations. I built my ER expertise working for small and large organisations across a broad spectrum of industries and working environments, which enables me to quickly adapt to any business culture.


Passionate about helping organisations succeed by managing people in the right way, I support and coach leaders to effectively and practically manage their people risk. My extensive experience in investigating and resolving complex, high risk people issues, however they arise, has earnt me a reputation for strong thought leadership and judgement in difficult situations. I have also successfully delivered a number of ER related projects including business change, policy and process development and line manager training.


My style is collaborative, working with clients to deliver results and combining an energetic and pragmatic approach with warmth and integrity.


Like many others I juggle work with a busy life. Mine includes 2 young adult children, a slightly bonkers cockapoo called Bailey and developing my creative side with a spot of cake baking and decorating! I am a huge advocate of the benefits of exercise on mental health and make time to fit in a run or Pilates session every day.
